Membership Information

Westwood Membership Application


For the current season, the Board of Directors is accepting membership applications.

Please fill out a downloadable Membership Application or August Membership Application and mail it to Westwood Swim Club, P.O. Box 738, Mount Holly, NJ 08060 or simply bring it with you and pay at the pool.

For the safety of all members under the age of 15, a parent must complete and sign the "Westwood Parent Permission Slip". Any guests under age 18 being brought to the pool without a parent chaperone must also complete this form and have a parent sign it prior to their first visit to the pool. These forms will be maintained at the front gate.

Pool Hours for 2010 are as follows:

  • Noon-8:00, May 29 until RV graduation (Saturday and Sunday only)
  • Noon-8:30, After RV graduation (Weekdays and Weekends)

New Members (1st Year of Membership*)

* Annual fees for new members include $100 which will be paid towards a bond (this is part of the quoted price, not an extra fee). "New Members" would not be fully vested until the $500 bond is paid in full (5 years as $100 per year will be paid toward bond as part of annual fees). If the member leaves the club prior to the five-year period, they waive the right of repayment of the bond and their bond money would stay in the club’s bond account. August Memberships do not contribute toward a bond.

7% NJ Sales Tax is included in the above prices. Sales tax is not charged on the $100 applied toward your bond that is collected for the first 5 years from member families who joined after 2007.
